By seeing your doctor and asking what she/he might suggest and then you introduce Belviq as something you have heard good things about.
You have to realize that it is not a magic bullet and will still require you to reduce your intake of calories and exercise at least once a day (30 - 45 minutes where your heart beat is raised due to exertion). Start with gentle walking and work up from there.
