Today is my fourth day on Belviq, and I'm not really noticing any changes. I'm concerned that I won't be a responder :( I have been implementing a healthier diet with lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats and leafy greens. I have been walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes each of the four days. I haven't lost an ounce :( Can someone let me know when they started to notice that their appetite was suppressed? Thanks!
Hi Lolo777. I first tried Belviq approximately one year ago. I was only able to take it for 6 weeks since I could no longer afford it. I do remember that it took a little over a week to really notice a difference. Don't give up. Take it for at least a month before you give up on it. If you don't notice anything by then, maybe you are a non-responder. For quite awhile I thought I was a non-responder but since I had paid for the prescription, I took it till it was gone and I'm glad I did. I just started taking Belviq again yesterday since my doctor gave me a coupon card so I could afford it. I'll let you know when it starts to work for me.
