Has anyone else ever gained weight before they start to see the pounds come off? I Started last week. I took my students on a trip I accomplished well over 30,000 steps a day. We ate 3x a day but I substituted lunch for salad. Breakfast was usually a vegi omelet. Dinner was normal. We walked over 10 hours for 4 days. Got home stepped on the scale and it was 3 lbs more than when I left. :(
