I started Belviq on June 13th and have been taking only 1 dose each morning. I've noticed a huge change my appetite and cravings. It's a great feeling not to be thinking about food all the time. I'm logging calories and exercise so that helps me as far as keeping things in check. I've lost weight because my clothes are now loose almost 30 days later which makes me so excited. The side effects have been minimal, only headaches and dry mouth, so I'm ready to increase my dosage to the prescribed 2 times a day. I'm curious as to what time everyone takes it. I'm nervous about taking it in the evening because I don't want my sleep to suffer. Recommendations and any experiences you can share, good or bad would be most appreciated.
