... here or there. I am 236 pounds, 61 years old; not terribly active due to knee pain, but I teach so I am moving and walking all day. Any side effects I may have are not inhibitive, if I have any at all. My concern is that I chose the 1500/day menu from the Belviq Believe site and have followed it to the letter yet I am not seeing any dramatic weight loss. I am going to switch to the 1200 menu for next week to see if I see any difference. Has anyone used these menus and found success? I like following a set menu because it keeps me more on track
