hi currydana... how many doctors have you been to and what kind of doctors were they? i am sorry if i sound nosey, but i am trying to better understand your situation. a general practioner/internist/family doctor is not likely going to prescribe you adderall. In order to be prescribed adderall, or any other ADHD medication, you will need to be diagnosed by a psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or psychiatric nurse. i would schedule an appointment with one. also, be sure to not tell them you think you need adderall or they will likely think u are drug seeking. they will ask u what other meds u are taking and then u can tell them what u have taken and are taking now and that it is not helping with your "scattered" feelings, don't tell them u think u are ADHD, they like to be the one to tell u, u know what i mean? Describe your ADHD symtoms to them as best u can, and let them decide to put u on adderall. this should help u. good luck!!
