Possibly, depending on the quality of the test and other factors regarding your body chemistry and anything else present in your system.
Hi, Tramadol will show up as opiates, i've learnt from this in the past. And it will still show up for some time after discontinuation. If you make the test diagnostician aware of what you are taking you should be ok
