Ozzy; Sorry did not see your question until now, But no don't take any more than what your doctor has prescribed, More does not always mean better they have other medications that can last longer that is in the same family as Valium that works much better these days, But always check with your doctor prior to increasing your dose on any medication. And also there are other types of medication that you could have the doctor decide if one of those taken with the Valium or one of the longer acting Benzodiazepine's that is the class of drug valium is.That you could benefit much more from. So please if you have not give your doctor a call on Monday and see what you should do. This is a very treatable condition these days. Have a great day. Chuck1957
