I think you might be using these creams unnecessarily. These are antibacterial creams and should only be used if you are aware of a really bacterial infection occurring.
Do you have a discharge of any sort? If not then the irritation, etc. is probably due to an yeast infection. See your doctor if you are unsure.
Topical antifungal creams should be used for yeast infections.
