Bacterial Skin Infection - Cellulitis - how do I relieve the pain caused by infection?

If it's that bad that it's causing pain see a Dr asap, no telling how much worse this can possibly get, the cause, other issues, etc. Best to get that one-on-one and get it healing.
I'm assuming you've seen a dr and been told how to treat it. If not get there asap. You can try an nsaid like motrin or aleve for pain. Also, elevating the part that is infected and using warm soaks on it will help with the pain.
