I agree with kaismama. This may work for menstrual back ache but I doubt it will do anything more for arthritis pain then taking simple plain Tylenol (acetaminophen). If you are able to take them, Aleve (Naproxen) or Advil (ibuprofen) works better for arthritis because they have ani-inflammatory properties.
