If you have not taken the Norco in 10 days, probably not. Norco (or hydrocodone) is usually out of the system in 3-7 days. It is possible there might be a little if you are a slow metabolizer, but most likely not. If you are in pain management and the 120 pills were a months supply, they will be wondering why there is no Norco in your system. I take it you are doubling the recommended dose? 4 pills per day are about the norm and 120 would be a months supply. If this is not holding your pain you should speak with your Dr. Perhaps something long acting might work better for you but be sure you dont escalate doses on your own. That can get you discharged from a pain clinic.
If you have a legitimate prescription, the UA will/should know about it. They will allow it. My question is... do you?
I ask because recently my husband's Norco was stolen from a parolee and she was caught. He had over 140 caplets left. He never got any back.
I hope you have a legitimate prescription. Because addiction is so harmful for your body, mind, and spirit.
