... days old & looks
Bacitracin - I have a short, deep cut on my arm that should have been stitched probably. It is 2?
Added 30 Sep 2016:
days old & looks to be healing well. There's no redness, pain, or swelling. I have it closed with steri-strips, bacitracin, & a huge band-aide.
The bacitracin under my bandage looks like it is turning yellow, for the last 2 days there had only been a little yellow which looked like blood when I cleaned the wound. I can't change my dressing right now because I'm at work & forgot the supplies at home.
Is this yellowing the bacitracin pulling bacteria out? Why is it turning yellow? Is it maybe bleeding a little. Thank you for your help.
Also should I let this cut breath a little or should I have it moist & covered constantly. I have not allowed it to breath for more than 5-10 Minutes while changing the bandages.
