on the instruction do not apply to the genital area I wants to know why
Why are you applying axiron? For libido? For muscle development? Low T? or to develop your genitalia? The medicine is designed for application to the upper body, and to be absorbed into the blood stream, muscles and tissues there. There is a much larger skin area to be coated there, than the ten square inches of your sex organ. Therefore, you get more delivered into the body if you apply it as directed than by just dipping your wick in it. Also, as someone else has said, an application to the genital area is far closer to the prostate, and levels of the drug may be far in excess when in close proximity to the prostate. Why not ask your doctor these questions? They want to educate you to the proper application to suit your condition. Don't try to second guess them or buy from the black market and self-medicate. You don't have all the info they have.
