... because I popped out the wrong pill by accident and did not notice. I am on the 28 day pack and both pills were orange. I took the one I was supposed to take today (Wed.) and that's when I realized that yesterday I took the wrong one. Am I at risk for pregnancy? What should I do?

All the active pills in Aviane are of the same strength. They contain ETHINYL ESTRADIOL 0.02MG; LEVONORGESTREL 0.1MG; so if you take the active pills in a different order it is okay. Ideally the error shouldn't happen but at least the contraceptive effectiveness won't be affected.
