Augmentin - How long do you take it for sinus infection?

The usual adult dose of Augmentin is 875mg twice daily unless the medication is prescribed for a very small person who is under 130lbs. Then the physican usually prescribes either 875mg or 500mg twice daily depending on the seriousness of the infection. I hope this helps. If you have further questions, please get back with me.
