Every body is different in their response to Warfarin. There are some people who need large doses and stick to an extremely low Vitamen K Diet.
I agree with everyone - eat a consistent diet (I eat salads 5 days a week, though I stay away from Spinach). I try not to eat one within 12 hours of testing but overall I have been on set doseage for over 3 months now.
