I have AFIB & kidney disease I was taking xarelto but Dr says stop taking Xarelto & replace with aspirin but I don't know what kind or how many?
Talk to your pharmacist. The usual dose of Aspirin is an extended release 81mg x 1 per day for your purpose (Aspirin is a natural blood thinner). However newer research and newer medications are shifting away from low dose aspirin to newer more reliable drugs with fewer side effects. Unfortunately they are prohibitively expensive. Your doctor should have given you more information.
