50mg Atenolo,2x daily, morning and bed. 80 mg Laxic,40mg morning and 40mg late afternoon. 20mg potassium 2x,daily,1 morning 1 at bed. 1200 fish oil, 4000 vit D. Morning. Metformin 500mg daily. The Metformin I take with dinner. Am I doing this correctly? I am 69 and they suggested neurontin for neurophy. I only have tightness and no balance but no pain. It slows the brain I read.
Is this how your doctor prescribed it? Your question is a bit confusing. You have tightness, no balance, no pain? Where is your neuropathy? The Metformin tells me you are also diabetic? And 4000mg of Vit D is a bit high unless you have a D deficiency. Really, you need to contact your doctor and get things clarified. I sometimes think doctors don't realize how difficult it is for some seniors to keep track of a lot of different medications. Call your doctor, that's what he's there for.
