It's not a complete food so you have to have some balance in your diet (if you're Type one or type two diabetic you can't have the chocolate bar at all). I know one larger person who eats one 7 Oz bar a day and an evening meal and has lost 60 lbs in 18 months. Go figure!? His teeth went pretty fast however.
You would have to provide us with a lot more information for us to say anything of consequence. Or obviously talk to your doctor.
