Is aspirin or codein in tramadol?

In the USA all medications in a pill all medications must be named. This means if Tramadol had the other meds in it it would be required to say Tramadol / codeine / aspirin in the name.
It would say so on the bottle, and, no.
No, Tramadol doesn't contain either of these. There is a version which contains Acetaminophen but it is listed as such.
Tramadol which I have been on for 5 years, is a synthetic form of Morphine at 1 tenth the strength. Ultracet has acetamedaphine. Tramadol HCL works also like Effexor as well.
