You really want to avoid taking aspirin and Advil (or other NSAIDs) together, because of the increased risk of gastrointestinal side effects, like ulcers, stomach bleeding, and intestinal bleeding, when you combine the two. As for the other stuff, I think those are safe to take with either Advil or aspirin.
