... to Levothyroxine. When I read about Levothyroxine I do not see any reference to the T3 and T4, Why?
You can still get the virtual equivalent compounded at an apothecary or specialty pharmacy. Call around and ask if you can have it made up and then ask your Dr to write your prescription "armour thyroid XX mg, may be compounded" so the specialty pharmacy can make it. I live outside of Phoenix and there are plenty of apothecary shops and other specialty pharmacies that compound.
best of luck . . . because I cannot take Synthroid or the other synthetics.
