this pill has no markings on it and is round and very small is it real??
My personal opinion is that the pill is not Arimidex, this medication for breast cancer is a prescrition medication and by FDA regulations must have an imprint along with a National Drug Code (NDC).
The FDA requires for the pills/caplets/capsules, etc. to have an imprint, prescription and non prescription.
Besides without the imprint it is impossible to identify pills/caplets/capsules online.
Your pill could be a vitamin, a diet/herbal/energy pill, or an illicit or foreign pill.

Sorting my mom's pills I found three (diff) small, white, round pills that aren't prescribed to her?
