Yes, you are actually supposed to be at 26 or higher on the COWS test and that is around 24 hours after you last dose of heroin. You can google the test, it stands for clinical opiate withdrawal scale and be honest, if you don't hit 26, that means there is still residual opiate on the brain's receptor sites and you will go into precipitated withdrawal if you take suboxone on top of that. Precipitated withdrawal means that the drugs are fighting for receptor site space and they cancel each other out and you will have really really bad withdrawal.
