Are there side effects when reducing your toprol xl dosage?

All meds have side effects while taking or reducing the dosage, it is recommended to talk to your doc. who prescribed the med.

The most common side effects are: slow heart rate, tiredness, and dizziness. Less common side effects included such things as headache, allergic reactions, and increased liver enzymes. Toprol-XL side effects are generally minor, but seek medical attention immediately if you experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, or an irregular heartbeat while taking the medication.
