I am not allowed to take opiates but i recently had surgery on my arm and leg and was wondering if there is anything non-opioid medication that I can take for the pain?
If you truly want no opiates, I would not ask for Torridol either. It has addictive qualities and still hits certain receptors that make it even more difficult to detox off of than a real opiate I know this first hand, it's not something doctors are willing to admit yet. Try the Tylenol and if it's just seriously seriously painful ask for Tylenol 3 to take only when the pain is unbearable, but have someone else keep them for you. Good luck :-) I wish you the best
