Are there any known problems with long-term use of acetic acid? Resistance? Been using routinely?

Acetic acid otic (for the ear) is an antibiotic that treats infections caused by bacteria or fungus. It should only be used short term. If it does not help with your symptoms then a doctor should be consulted. Acetic acid drops should only be used long term on a doctors recommendation.
