Are atava all equal in strength from mfg to mfg? Which mfg is the best?

They should all be equal strength regardless of who the manufacturer is. The pill should contain the stated amount of medicine/active ingredient.

They should all be the same strength for the active ingredient in it. Mfg's should all label what's in it and how much of it. You can usually check with your pharmacist to see if it is. It is a rule with the FDA that the active ingredients have to be the same all around, there may be a slight difference in the inactive ingredients such as coloring and additives but like I said the active ingredients have to be the same.
