The Dr recently put me on this.. I admit I don't like taking meds..but if it is gonna help.. I am all for it. My ponder is yesterday I had a some what carb friendly dinner. Prior to eating I checked my level.. 198.. Now mind you I was running 270's to 290's. I eat my meal, had a few strawberries for dessert(which I was that berries are good for me) and waited almost 2 hours before bed. Checked my level 245 and after bed and fasting: having only water I checked and it's 260. What gives?
