I have suffered with severe arthritis for as long as I can remember. I have also been diagnosed with every kind of arthritis and have recently been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. My symptoms fit the bill perfectly and I agree for once with the diagnosis. My question is how effective is Stelara for arthritis? I can see that it has worked wonders for those with Psoriasis but not much on arthritis. I do NOT have any psoriasis on my skin just the arthritis. Any feedback would be great!!
Works well for P for me but does not have a big effect on PsA however what works for one does not necessarily work for another as we all react differently so to be sure the only real way is to try it. I was on MTX for 9 years for both P and PsA which worked quite well for the PsA but only about 80% for the P and I had side effects.
