My husband had done one for wcb, he has a herinated disk and that presses on the nerves also, anyway he is worse now because of doing it. He has pain shooting through his legs and back now. just wondering if anyone else went through this?
My guess is that your husband, like many people when being tested, tried to do his best and over did it. He should definitely report the worsening of his condition because of the test. It is human nature to want to please someone or do well on a test, but in this case he should of done only what he felt he could do without his symptoms getting worse. Most people that suffer from Fibromyalgia and/or Chronic Myofascial Pain do not experience the pain during an activity, but later as far as two to three days after they over do it. It is encouraged to pace yourself and rest in between activities. It takes a lot of time to figure out what your limitations are and to stick within those boundaries.Best of luck to both of you and I hope that he is feeling better soon.
