I have arthritis in my lower back. The medicine my doctor has me taking doesn't seem to work. He has me going to a spin doctor but the therapy makes it hurt worse. Can someone suggest anything that helps there's. Thank you.
See if you can get Flector Patches. I wear them at night sometimes and they work great! Also, see if you can get a compounded cream of lidocaine with anti inflammatories.
Have you seen a pain care specialist? Mine did radio frequency ablation (killing nerves in the back) and it works quite well.
