I was just given instructions to start going.I've been getting them for 30 years. Thanks,M
I have had cervical spine surgery and get pretty wicked back of the head type pain. My PT is excellent and does manual therapy and cranial to spine nerve releases (can't remember the medical term for it) but it involves very, very gentle stretching and realignment plus she does this in a dark room.
I hope you get the relief you are looking for and hope all of these responders have given you the support you seek and the peace of mind that you need.
Please keep posting to let us know how you are doing. I hope it works for you.
Blessings and peace to you in your world.
Yes, I have over the years and have found it to be helpful. Also, I've found that chiropractic care helps. I have a fusion at C5,6 with a plate, so I can't have my neck manipulated, but I've found a treatment called "Cranial-Sacrel" (not sure about the spelling) to help. I hope you get relief! ElizaJane
