Hi vtech10 - I have you as a friend, but can't find the option to send you a private question. I've been dealing with IC and pelvic floor problems for 3 1/2 months now - in a previous post you mentioned a medication that was helping. I can't use most of the usual treatments - could you let me know what you've found that helps? Maybe I can't find the private question because I'm on my iPhone app - don't know, but would greatly appreciate your advice!
I'm not sure if you would be approved for ss disability on this diagnosis alone. A lot of the decision depends on what type of work you do, & if you are able to perform the qualifications it takes to do your job, or if you could qualify to do another job. Since there are some treatments for this condition, you can expect to be turned down the first go round, but then if you feel you want to pursue the issue that would be a time to hire a qualified attorney...
