This is my first experience with Effexor. I started at 37.5, then 75 and that worked for a few days but faded away. Then I went 112.5 and that worked for about a week but then faded so now im at 150 and the same thing is happening! I must say overall I am a little better off than before I started effexor at all- better sleep and appetite. Has anyone experienced this?
Has anyone noticed effexor works for a few days then stops?

You don't mention time frames. I suspect you are getting a placebo effect, but you're not taking them long enough to see if they work. It takes 4-6 weeks to reach peak level. I have taken the same dose for 10 yrs and it still works.
Yes! This is the second time I've been out on Effexor and I felt better for a week and then it pooped out. I went to 150 and the same thing happened today. I'm not sure what this means. Is it working? Has anyone else experienced this?
