Everyday is a battle with my anxiety. Lately it creeps up on me and is getting worse.
I'm once again looking for any possible ways to alleviate this. Planning to go to a support group for anxiety tonight, but however fear it because I find I pick up on people's anxiousness causing me to feel panicked myself.. Anyhow I sit here with a paper describing all kinds of natural stones and their benefits, a lot for helping stress and anxiety but how? Has anyone ever practiced this themselves? What do you do with the stones? Hold them? Carry them around? Has anyone benefited from this?? Please let me know :)
