Hi all. I was prescribed Effexor for depression back in 2001... later changed to Cymbalta. Now 16 years later, I have been one month and 2 days without... and this is a complete nightmare. Brain zaps are less frequent but stronger if that makes sense. The digestive issues are coming now... swelling in my abdomen, etc. I take fish oil, calcium and magnesium because the transition depleted me, and I take B12. I had read that peppermint tea is helpful as well and so far, not so much. I prefer to do this as naturally as possible... no more chemicals if I can help it. Any advice?
