I have had both lumbar and cervical fusions but still continue to have significant nerve pain. I have read the reviews here on the site and they sound almost too good to be true. Would anyone mind sharing their experience with me?
I had a Sacrum Laminectomy 5 years ago and have been using Metanx for the last 3 years for a genetic mutation of the MTHFR (which is maladsorption of vitamin B methylfolate). I can say I had stopped taking pain meds for my back. But every 3 months I get injected with a Vitamin B complex for a buster. ( when I had the surgery I used to get shots weekly which helped tremendously with the pain) hope it helps
