Watching tv with a lot of action or movement. I also have anxiety and panic attacks from this. I take 20 mg of Valium a day but it doesn't help with the anxiety and panic attacks but it does make my depression worse.
You may be suffering from what is known as Vestibular Migraines, a lot of people who have meiners disease aslo have this, including myself. There are a number of treatments for it which can be very difficult to get used to. My doctor who was several miles from me first diagnosed me but asked my local family doctor to treat the condition. He hit it with the first try which a different type of blood pressure medication, you have to be careful messing around with your blood pressure meds becuase you can get really messed up, been there before. I had no issues, I am no longer on a statin drug and my migraines went away. I wish you luck,. I would mention this possibility to the doctor treating for the menieres first. .
