I am on 275 what type of problems should I expect
Hello. That does seem high. It can be based upon weight. Are you heavy for your height?
Nothing more poor happens at one dose or another if it is what your body needs for thyroid control. The question to you is, how are you feeling and are you noticing a change? What is your current TSH reading?
Would welcome more information from you.
I know there are many in this forum who would be helpful with your question, but you didn't provide enough info for us to even get started. Please tell us a little history, With regard to your med, what condition have you been diagnosed with?
Hope to hear back from you.

I am a 27yof. Diagnosed with thy ca five years ago. I have gone through two surgeries and have had three high doses of rai. My first surgery consisted of a total thyrodectomy and removal of lymph nodes. My second surgery was removal of more lymph nodes. I've recently had an ultra sound showing more lymph nodes. My tsh levels keep bouncing around. My dr wants my tsh levels really suppressed. So anything higher than one she considers high. My thyroglobulin levels also came back higher than what they were six months ago.
