I was diagnosed with this rare condition several years ago. It cause a build up of lymphocytes in my esophagus that makes it raw and ulcerated. I am now on Dexilant which helps keep the condition under control. But there is not much information out there on this illness. My gastroenterologist even sent me to Duke University Medical Center to be tested, but they could give me no real solutions either, except for a surgery that may or may not help. If anyone out there has also been diagnosed with this condition or heard of it I would be greatly appreciate hearing from you.
