I need some success stories, is this something I'll live with forever or can I return to normal one day and be happy again. How do people live like this.
No, but I think I'm becoming better at dealing with my anxiety. I find that exercise is beneficial and contributes positively to my mood and overall well being. Now when I'm upset, working out really gives me the time to think and workout my problems. It releases a lot of stress and worries. Chamomile tea works for when I'm feeling anxious in the evenings and I learned that I can ONLY drink black tea in the mornings because coffee gives me anxiety. I also learned that if I'm feeling anxious I need to deal with it right away by meditating, yoga, shower, exercise, calming tea, or maybe listening to some calming music. Benadryl helps too! You could take it if feeling like you're going to burst. I use it at night to sleep otherwise I'm up worrying. Ugh
