On acebutolol and ramipril but it is still very high, tried Coreg, got pressure down but had terrible side effects and had to stop. Worried about the high blood pressure, but fludrocortisone did give me my life back. What to do?
Anyone on fludrocortisone with very high blood pressure since taking it?

I have the same DX, and went through a trial of many of the same drugs. I could not tolerate them. Eventually I found a doctor who thought I might respond to IV saline infusions. It worked. We had to play around with the frequency and amount, but we finally decided on 2 liters at a time (slowly infused) approximately two weeks apart. I am especially heat intolerant, so summertime is the worst for me. I have Hyperadrenergic POTS, and I want to make that clear. We are in the minority in this DX, and what works for me may not work at all for you.
Best of luck.
