I'm on a very low dose of Trazodone (25 mg; I have to cut the tabs), but latest batch is different, have had different generics with other meds, but this one I've noticed a definite stronger reaction. Doc says they can vary by up to 10%, but I'm so sensitive to this med that I notice this. Plan to talk to pharmacist about it. Any thoughts?
THEY MAY HAVE CHANGED TO A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER sorry for caps. since trazodone is on the 4 dollar list you can check around (by phone)
with other pharmacies and ask which company is supplying their generic. if you remember the name of the generic that worked for you (it's on the bottle) or the pharmacy has records so they will know just find a drugstore that carries the one that works for you. i don't think the consumer will ever win the generics war. i do know some people who like the teva generic of trazodone.
