not necessarily due to real or good reasons... just unreasonable intenalized anger that you have to deal with by yourself because it is not appropriate to share with the object of your anger or in general...
I tend to agree with Pledge on his answer to you, & really I believe you can learn to manage this by getting in to a physchologist. My son had these issues for a long time, & went to anger angermangement son a time & discovered lots of things he didn't realize were setting him off on his tangents. He also learned what the triggers were & how to handle them peaceably. Just a thought...
