After my first month on 75 mg. once a day, I lost 10 lbs and was on 1200 cal/day. I was feeling great. Then I went to visit my daughter and grandchildren and completely went off my program, though I kept taking my medication. For one week, I overate! Came back home, and things have not been the same since. Now, after two months, I'm not adhering to the 1200 cal/day diet, still taking the medication, but am finding myself feeling hungry and wanting to eat more. Have only lost 3 lbs this second month. Any advice? I feel like I've sabotaged myself and I really want to get back on track. I am 5'5" and started at 230. Right now I'm at 217, but want to eventually reach my goal weight of 150 lbs.

Hi, I would advise waiting until late morning before taking pill as if you take it to early in morning the effects can wear off by early afternoon. I also have found people have more success with this pill if it is combined with a low carb diet. I have lost 29lbs in 10 weeks, don't give up.
