Aspirin is one of many non steroidal anti inflammatory medications most of which are offered by a prescription. The only drug that I can think of that is yellow in this class of drugs is called Mobic (meloxicam) and is formulated to be easier on the stomach. There is also a prescription medicine called Arthrotec which contains a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug plus an ingredient to help make it easier on the stomach. Taking these meds with food or milk can also help with stomach upset. These other drugs also thin the blood less than Aspirin. I hope this helps. If you need further explanation, please let me know.
