My dear old friend,
Many of your worries come from getting older. I'm 63 and the old noodle ain't as Sharp as it was. One good way for pills is to buy one of them pill box, that have Monday - Sunday on them, and Morning, Noon, Evening and Bed time trays on them. You fill your whole box with your weeks pills in the time spot. This way, you will know by looking at pill box that you did or did not take you pills. That is proudly the most important thing for you. This will make you very happy.
Also you can buy pocket size note books, to write things in. Get a Calender that has room to write appointments on. hang it where you will see it. Try these helpful hints, see how they work. Come back and tell us friend.
Hi David, You need to tell your doctor about your anxiety. Perhaps an anti-anxiety medication is needed. I take Xanax, and it really helps.
You do not tell us what medication you take, perhaps a medication is causing your anxiety attacks. Just a thought.
Sure hope you are feeling better soon! Make sure you tell your doc about how you are feeling, you don't have to live like this.
Best wishes to you, sweetlemon
53 yrs old isnt OLD like some may say you are not OLd dont listen to that garbage! You are as young or old as you want to be. OK now yes there are pill boxes you will find very helpful that will ease alot of stress for your pill taking. Dont worry what anyone say's you are there for help and Help you will get just be honest with yourself and to the doctor. Things will look favored for you and you will be much happier knowing they have something to calm your fears. Life in it'sself is stressful as you can tell. Take a deep breath and look around you and sort it all out the best you can and mainly relax take your meds when supposed to and just relax. It will get better I promise. God bless and let's see how you do.
