I don't know what made me anxious. I'm showing extreme mood changes at times without any reason. My family and friends are suffering a lot because of my complicated behaviour. What can be done? Any thoughts?
Until you have had a medical exam to rule out any organic reason and see a psych doc to see if it could be from a mental health issue it not something one should be guessing about. Best to get advise from professionals and go from there. It is apparently affecting you and your friends/family.

I think you should rule out an organic reason for your mood swings by seeing your family doctor. He can determine what is going on with you. Then you can explore ways of treating his diagnosis. They are endless possibilities once you find out the cause of your stress and mood swings. You can be helped... Manager 5
SMITH; YES I agree 100% with the other post there are many things that have to be ruled out and way too many things and medication that work differently so you can't come up with a generic answer your best bet is to see the family doctor, Make sure you mention that other people notice thing going on with you so it's not just how you feel and then go from there.But first you want them to rule out any medical problems and this is so common glad you are trying to do something about it. Anxiety is hard to overcome but there are so many different techniques that you can try . One being going to a therapist but that all depends on how severe your anxiety is ..some try at home things can be mediation which is finding a quiet place closing your eyes and repeating something over and over again in your head for 15-20 minutes (my words are I am safe) .. A nothing thing I like to do is go to my room because it's my safe zone so find your safe zone or comfort person and stay there for awhile .. And lastly distract yourself .. Play a game on your phone .. Color .. Do a puzzle ( Iknow that sounds strange) but anything that keeps the mind focused on something else can help! I hope this helps a little
